A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience to join their structured transactions practice group in Washington, DC. Duties
- Engage in complex structured finance transactions.
- Collaborate with team members on securitization projects.
- Provide legal advice on RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing matters.

Requirements

- Corporate and/or finance transactions experience.
- Active bar membership in the state of practice.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active bar membership.
