Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in acquisitions for private equity funds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transactions independently.
• Must be barred in New York.
• Strong academic record and excellent communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
