Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts and specific antitrust experience, including litigation, class actions, mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, and client counseling. Must have trial and arbitration experience, be a team player with a drive towards entrepreneurship, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Prefer an active Washington or Oregon State Bar membership. Must have: Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. Ability to handle a variety of matters simultaneously to meet client demands. Excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
