Duties:

• Represent clients in court appearances (both virtual and in-person).
• Conduct and defend depositions effectively.
• Lead and participate in discovery dispute resolutions.

• Engage in settlement negotiations and mediation proceedings.
• Collaborate with paralegals and case managers to streamline case handling.
• Mentored and guided junior attorneys and legal staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred).
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to conduct depositions and negotiations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar.
