A respected boutique litigation firm based in downtown Orlando is seeking a full-time Senior Attorney with extensive experience in family law. This role is ideal for a compassionate and strategic litigator who can guide clients through complex and often emotionally charged legal matters. Location:

• Orlando, Florida

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from initiation through final resolution

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, financial affidavits, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions

• Develop and execute strategic case plans

• Maintain accurate and organized case files

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing family law

• Proven litigation experience, including courtroom appearances

• Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment

• Strong ethical standards and commitment to professional responsibility

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a legal team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida

• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and relevant statutes

• Excellent legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills

• Strong negotiation and mediation abilities

• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities

• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centered mindset
