• Licensed and in good standing in California.
• 3+ years of experience in employment law matters.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent writing, legal research, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.

Education

• Doctor of Law (JD)
