A dynamic and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join its team. Location:

• Mountain View, CA

Duties:

• Manage and litigate complex commercial litigation cases.
• Draft, negotiate, and review venture financing documents.
• Draft, negotiate, and review merger and acquisition (M&A) documents.
• Draft and negotiate distribution, licensing, and other commercial agreements.
• Provide general corporate practice support.
• Collaborate with colleagues on various legal matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships while managing cases from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing parties.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in business litigation or related fields.
• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington or California Bar.
• Strong business judgment and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Highly team-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Flexibility and willingness to handle a wide range of legal matters.
• A proactive approach to client management and case handling.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership (Washington or California).

Skills:

• Expertise in commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience in venture financing, M&A, and commercial agreements.
• Excellent writing skills, particularly in legal contexts.
• Ability to think strategically and exercise sound business judgment.
