Job Overview: A law firm in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Mid-To-Senior Employment Litigation Associate Attorney who will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, drafting position statements and dispositive motions, and counseling clients on employment-law-related matters. Duties:

• Perform legal research on employment law issues
• Draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings
• Attend court conferences and hearings
• Handle discovery-related activities and investigations
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree
• Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Ohio
• Ability to handle cases from inception to trial
• 5+ years of employment litigation experience
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be and remain licensed to practice law in Ohio
