Attorney with 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience

A law firm in Edwardsville is currently seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience. The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to understand legal issues and provide appropriate guidance.
• Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience.

Skills:
