In this role, the attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and support to clients across a variety of business-related issues. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, skilled in problem-solving, and capable of offering innovative legal solutions in a dynamic environment.

Duties:

• Offer legal advice and guidance on a wide range of business matters, including contracts, mergers, and acquisitions
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
• Ensure clients' business operations align with local, state, and federal regulations
• Represent clients in negotiations, legal proceedings, and mediation
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive legal services
• Advise clients on business structure, compliance issues, and risk management

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Oregon
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business law
• Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Oregon State Bar membership

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of business law, corporate governance, and compliance regulations
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
• Proficiency in negotiating and resolving legal disputes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
