Duties

• Assist with employment litigation matters, including preparation and management of cases.
• Provide legal support on public and private sector traditional labor matters.
• Collaborate closely with partners and counsel in the Labor & Employment practice.
• Maintain clear and precise communication with clients and other team members.
• Contribute to the team’s success by participating in regular development and training programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Employment law.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
