Duties:

• Conduct prior art searches and analyze technical literature
• Draft patent applications and responses to office actions
• Communicate effectively with inventors and clients to understand inventions and develop patent strategies
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to prepare and prosecute patent applications

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution
• Background in computer science or electrical engineering
• Working knowledge of machine learning algorithms and neural networks (e.g., FFN, CNN, MLP, RNN, LSTM, etc.)
• Eligibility to practice before the USPTO
• Background in computer science or electrical engineering, or a graduate degree in physics
• At least 2 years of patent attorney or agent experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Commitment to patent prosecution

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field (required)
• Graduate degree in physics (preferred)
• Eligibility for admission to practice before the USPTO (required)
