The position involves handling complex and catastrophic injury matters, including trial work and high-stakes case preparation, with a preference for experience in product liability. Duties:

• Manage all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation and courtroom proceedings

• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions, in both state and federal courts

• Conduct and oversee discovery, depositions, and witness preparation

• Collaborate closely with senior litigators and clients on case strategy

• Participate in trial teams handling high-value and complex injury claims

• Provide legal analysis and risk assessments to clients promptly

• Stay updated on procedural and substantive developments in tort and product liability law

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience involving complex personal injury or product liability cases

• Demonstrated trial experience or significant trial preparation responsibility

• Strong command of case management and litigation strategy

• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities

• Admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

Skills:

• Skilled in legal research, motion drafting, and oral argument

• Proficient in handling high-pressure, high-stakes litigation matters
