Duties:

• Assist senior attorneys in litigating personal injury matters.

• Participate actively in the discovery process, motions practice, and case preparation.

• Collaborate closely with senior litigation attorneys and firm leadership to manage and strategize cases effectively.

• Handle documentation, filings, and procedural tasks related to active litigation.

• Prepare and draft various legal documents, including motions and briefs, clearly and concisely.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience.

• Strong interest or experience in personal injury litigation.

• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.

• The capability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated organizational skills in fast-paced environments.

• Enthusiasm and dedication toward professional growth in litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (required).

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of California (required).
