Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of four years of benefits and compensation experience in a law firm or consulting firm.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills.
• Bar admission in the state of hire or eligibility to obtain it.
• Top academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of hire or ability to obtain it.
