Duties

• Represent clients in federal district and appellate courts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience at a law firm, DOJ, or similar.
• Previous litigation experience required.
• Experience conducting investigations preferred.
• DC Bar license or waive-in eligibility.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active DC Bar membership or eligibility to waive in.
