Duties

• Advise clients on public finance matters, including tax-exempt bond issuances.
• Participate in tax incentive transactions such as bonds-for-title and PILOT programs.
• Collaborate with teams on commercial real estate and federal tax projects.
• Engage in energy and solar-related legal matters as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in public finance.
• Experience as bond counsel, issuer's counsel, or company counsel.
• Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the District of Columbia.

Skills

• Proficiency in handling tax-exempt bond issuances.
• Knowledge of tax incentive transactions.
• Experience in commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar sectors is a plus.
