• Develop brand protection strategies and counsel clients on IP rights enforcement.
• Assist clients with licensing agreements, IP transactions, and due diligence.
• Stay current with changes in trademark law and advise clients accordingly.
• Participate in firm messaging and outreach to highlight expertise in brand protection.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing before a State Bar.
• Significant experience in trademark prosecution, enforcement, and strategy.
• Strong legal research, writing, and client counseling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trademark matters simultaneously.
