A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Business Real Estate team in Concord, CA. The ideal candidate will possess litigation experience and demonstrate strong client service skills.

Duties

• Provide legal representation to clients, assessing facts and counseling appropriately.
• Respond to client concerns to enhance and retain business.
• Participate in industry organizations to increase firm visibility.
• Develop executive-level client confidence to retain current clients.
• Contribute to a positive and respectful working environment.
• Meet a billable hours requirement of 1650.
• Represent the firm internally and externally.
• Perform other duties to support legal and management goals.

Requirements

• J.D. and an active California Bar license.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney.
• Previous litigation experience.
• Ability to communicate regularly with clients on various topics.
• Ability to multi-task and meet inflexible deadlines independently and in a team.
• Previous experience in landlord-tenant matters preferred.
