Duties

• Manage family law cases, including client consultations, legal research, drafting legal documents, and courtroom representation.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and other team members to provide high-quality legal support.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex family law issues to develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Handle a variety of legal matters such as divorce, child custody, alimony, and domestic violence cases.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and filed according to legal requirements.
• Maintain a high level of client service and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Strong research and analytical skills to address complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft clear and effective legal documents.
• Experience in family law is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and maintain organization.
• Collaborative and self-motivated with attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Washington State Bar license (or eligibility for admission).
