Duties

• Supervise Medicaid applications and guardianship complaints
• Draft estate plans and related documents
• Manage all phases of estate administration
• Attend client meetings and manage client communication
• Draft court submissions and attend court proceedings
• Handle estate litigation, guardianship contests, and fair hearing matters

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in estates and elder law
• Admitted to the NJ Bar; PA Bar preferred
• Litigation experience preferred
• Book of business is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
• Pennsylvania Bar admission preferred
