Duties

• Represent clients in single plaintiff litigation, including contracts, loan agreements, mortgages, or leases.
• Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business litigation.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or Delaware preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
