The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in court, and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on matters related to elder law, including estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft various legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and provide comprehensive legal support.
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• Experience with court appearances and legal negotiations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
