Location:

• Honolulu, HI

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related litigation

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence

• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Collaborate with other attorneys on case strategy and client counseling

• Manage multiple cases from intake through final resolution

• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred

• Demonstrated interest or experience in family law cases

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Willingness to handle sensitive client issues with professionalism and discretion

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Hawaii State Bar (required)

Skills:

• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle a fast-paced caseload with attention to detail

• Proficient in case management and legal research tools
