Location:

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters across multiple practice areas including maritime defense, insurance litigation, and commercial disputes

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and settlement conferences

• Assist in case management and trial preparation for both state and federal courts

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients

Requirements:

• Strong academic credentials

• Well-developed legal research and writing skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Hawaii or awaiting bar exam results

• Interest in litigation and desire to build long-term legal expertise

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Hawaii State Bar (or bar results pending at the time of application)
