Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group within the Corporate Trust Subgroup. This position offers flexibility to be based in any state where the firm has an office.

Duties

• Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support on various structured finance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Background in structured finance preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the practicing state.

Skills

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
