The successful candidate will play a key role in defending single plaintiff lawsuits and wage and hour class action/PAGA matters, collaborating directly with clients on strategic decisions, and representing them in various legal proceedings.

Duties

• Defend single plaintiff lawsuits and wage and hour class action/PAGA matters.
• Collaborate with clients on strategic legal decisions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Engage in various legal proceedings as required.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment law and wage and hour class action/PAGA.
• Active California State Bar admission.
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar admission.
