A law firm seeks a mid-level Labor and Employment Associate to join their practice group in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation and be licensed to practice law in California.

Duties

• Handle employment litigation, including PAGA and wage/hour class actions.
• Provide daily advice and counsel on employment-related matters.
• Collaborate with clients to minimize risk exposure and ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies up to and through trial.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Experience with OSHA and Cal/OSHA preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.

Skills

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
