• Work on mergers and acquisitions involving privately held companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with IRC Sections 280G and 409A.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.
