Duties

• Assist with all phases of litigation, including motion drafting, discovery, depositions, pretrial hearings, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research, prepare memoranda, and analyze substantive legal issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on active litigation matters.
• Take initiative and assume responsibility for assigned client matters.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of litigation experience, including hands-on involvement with motions, discovery, depositions, and hearings.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to thrive in a team setting.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar, or eligibility to waive in, and good standing in all jurisdictions where admitted.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio Bar.
