Duties

• Assist in structuring franchise programs and drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
• Conduct research and consult on franchise, supply, and distribution contracts.
• Handle registration processes and ensure franchise regulatory compliance.
• Resolve franchise, supply, and distribution disputes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law and global supply chain contracting.
• Experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in growing and supporting a national practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
