• Maintain a schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences.
• Respond promptly to client needs and provide regular case updates.
• Utilize negotiation, debate, and persuasion skills effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in family law practice.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
