Duties

• Provide client consultations.

• Cover Massachusetts Family and Probate Courts for SIJ cases.
• Prepare clients for court hearings.
• Oversee and monitor assigned cases.
• Draft affidavits, motions, and research legal documents.
• Prepare forms and supporting documents for USCIS and Family Court.
• Maintain and organize cases and documents.

Requirements

• Comfortable with extensive caseload and deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and possess strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Bar license required.

Skills

• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish preferred.
