Duties:

• Manage a caseload and assist with USCIS and EOIR (Immigration Court) matters.

• Produce high-quality written work, including letters, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and reliable research.

• Conduct client and witness interviews using effective questioning and critical thinking skills.

• Prepare and conduct hearings and discovery, and assist with trial preparation.

• Analyze complex legal issues and develop the best solutions for specific problems.

• Collaborate with a diverse team and clientele in a compassionate and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.

• Must be dependable, loyal, disciplined, and organized.

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

• Willingness to take on responsibility and lead a team.

Education:
