Requirements

• Minimum of two to four years of litigation experience.
• Experience in the technology sector is preferred.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing.
• Appellate experience in federal and state courts.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Current CA Bar admission.

Skills

• Ability to handle litigation from inception to trial.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience with product liability, trademarks, trade dress, patents, and copyrights.
