• Collaborate on internal, government, and regulatory investigations.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the CA, NY, or DC bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or related fields.
• Experience with securities-related disputes and investigations.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education
