Duties:
Handle estate planning matters, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings
Manage civil litigation cases, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and court appearances
Advise business clients on entity formation and operational legal issues
Assist with real estate transactions and disputes as needed
Collaborate with firm attorneys to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Participate in firm development and community engagement
Requirements:
3 to 7 years of experience practicing law, including at least 2 years in estate planning, probate, and litigation
Desire to work in a small firm setting with long-term growth potential
Willingness to take on a diverse caseload
Existing book of business welcomed but not required
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Certifications:
Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar
Skills:
Strong legal research and writing skills
Effective courtroom advocacy and negotiation ability
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Strong interpersonal communication and client relationship-building skills
