Job Overview:
A prominent law firm with a long-standing presence in financial services and real estate law is seeking a Senior Associate to manage foreclosure matters in its South Carolina offices. This is a high-responsibility role ideal for an experienced litigation attorney with a strong command of foreclosure proceedings, courtroom representation, and client relationship management. Location:

• Charleston, SC

Duties:

• Prepare, review, and approve all foreclosure-related pleadings

• Manage foreclosure matters from initiation through resolution, including contested matters

• Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and both telephonic and in-person hearings

• Maintain regular communication and updates with clients

• Supervise and manage case progression to ensure timeliness and accuracy

• Contribute to special projects and participate in firm-wide legal initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in foreclosure litigation or related practice areas

• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload

• Experience with contested hearings and courtroom litigation

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Strong client service orientation and communication skills

• Record of professional reliability and integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar

• Completion of South Carolina Rule 403 Certification required

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in legal drafting and courtroom advocacy

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving approach
