Duties

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, and non-compete cases.
• Provide employment and HR-related counseling.
• Draft employment-related policies and agreements.
• Conduct investigations and trainings.
• Handle transactional and due diligence matters.
• Engage in collective bargaining negotiations and union organizing campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience with labor relations and executive compensation is a plus.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic record.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the bar.
