The candidate will prepare and maintain corporate organizational and board materials, including meeting agendas and minutes. Coordinate board meetings. Maintain corporate registrations and make required filings timely. Maintain corporate and departmental records; assist Compliance team with regulatory filings and other responsibilities as necessary. Assist General Counsel and team attorneys with drafting and revising various agreements and form documents. Organize, maintain, and update filing systems (hard copies and electronic) and promptly retrieve information from files. Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, managing telephone messages, etc. Should have a Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of Administrative experience in a legal or corporate environment. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks within a very fast-paced financial services company, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent organizational skills. Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
