Duties:

• Represent clients in consumer financial services litigation matters, including but not limited to Mortgage Servicing Litigation, FDCPA, FCRA, and RESPA cases.
• Conducted legal research and analysis and drafted legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparation.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on consumer finance regulatory compliance issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Barred and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer finance-related litigation.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Mortgage Servicing Litigation, FDCPA, FCRA, and RESPA.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred:

• Admission to other state Bars.
• Prior experience in a law firm environment focused on consumer financial services.
