Duties

• Represent clients in merchant cash advance litigation and related disputes.
• Manage all litigation aspects, including pleadings, motions, and court appearances.
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Supervise paralegals and develop efficient litigation systems.
• Assist in expanding the firm's litigation practice.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in New York; admission to Southern and Eastern Districts preferred.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of New York State and Federal practice and procedure.
• Excellent legal writing, motion practice, and oral advocacy skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
