Job Overview
A law firm seeks a highly qualified associate to join its White Collar Defense and Internal Investigations Group in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in white collar and/or related commercial litigation, with a focus on government and internal investigations.

Duties

• Represent corporate and individual clients in complex litigation and investigations.
• Engage in trial and appellate practice in local, state, and federal courts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in white collar and/or commercial litigation.
• Experience with government and internal investigations preferred.
• Admission to the New York bar is required.
• Exceptional academic credentials and superior research, writing, and argument skills.
• Clerkship and courtroom experience are strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
