Duties

• Conduct depositions and try cases in federal court.
• Argue appeals in high-impact cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of federal court litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, or Michigan.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in one of the specified jurisdictions.
