Duties:

• Represent and advise clients in commercial real estate transactions.
• Handle various real estate-based transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, development, and financing.
• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and research related to real estate transactions.
• Assist with corporate transactions and related matters as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Current State Bar license required.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate and corporate transactional experience.
