Duties:

• Oversee all phases of commercial and business litigation cases

• Meet with clients and prospective clients to develop case strategies

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence

• Customize legal documents and filings based on client needs

• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials

• Supervise support staff, including paralegals and assistants

• Collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy and execution

• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business litigation, real estate litigation, or corporate dispute resolution

• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong client relationship and case strategy skills

• Familiarity with courtroom procedures and the litigation lifecycle

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must hold a current license to practice law in Texas

Skills:

• Legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in litigation software and standard office applications

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service

• Spanish language skills (preferred but not required)
