A well-established civil, business, and employment law firm in Spring, TX, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with a partner who manages a multi-state business law practice. The role involves participating in hearings, depositions, and trials, while maintaining direct client interaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, business law, and employment law.

Location:

Duties:

• Handle civil litigation cases, including business and employment law matters.
• Collaborate with partners on multi-state business law cases.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Maintain direct client communication and provide legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and legal procedures.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in civil litigation, business law, or employment law.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent client service.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Admitted to the Texas Bar (additional licenses in Florida, Georgia, or California are a plus but not required).

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (Bar license required).
• Additional bar licenses (Florida, Georgia, or California) are a plus.
