A law firm seeks a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their team in Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for employees facing workplace injustices and have a strong background in employment law.

Duties

• Represent clients in MSPB and EEO proceedings.
• Litigate cases before the EEOC and in District Courts.
• Lead depositions and navigate cases through summary judgment.
• Apply expertise in Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and FLSA.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Federal sector experience preferred, but not required.
• Virginia Bar license preferred; willingness to waive in considered.
• Maryland and DC Bar admissions are a plus.
• Labor and Employment litigation experience highly valued.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Virginia preferred.
