Duties

• Consult with clients and draft support letters and forms.
• Review filings and communicate with government agencies.
• Attend hearings and interviews with clients.
• Draft pleadings and appeals.
• Supervise support staff.
• Participate in community fora and seminars.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of immigration law experience.
• Experience with adjustment of status, waiver, and consular processing cases.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others.
• Must be in good standing with the state bar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Law review/journal or immigration clinic experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.

Skills
