Duties

• Oversee all phases of commercial litigation cases, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trial preparation.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex litigation matters.

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with clients and legal teams.

• Provide counsel to clients on litigation-related issues, risks, and potential outcomes.

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Proven trial experience, with a track record of success in courtroom advocacy.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
